Who we are

ChaplainBill.Life is a chaplain ministry offering prayer, encouragement, and spiritual support. You can reach us any time at William@plisolutions.com.

Information we collect

• Your name and email address when you contact us or submit a request.
• Your mobile phone number, first name, and message preferences when you sign up for text (SMS) updates.
• The content of prayer requests, confidential notes, Bible study requests, and questions you choose to send us.
• Basic technical information (such as device and page data) needed to keep the site secure and working.

How we use your information

We use your information only to respond to you, to pray for and care for you, and — if you asked for it — to send you devotions, teachings, sermons, and occasional encouragement by email or text. We do not sell your information.

Text messaging and your mobile number

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We share mobile numbers only with the messaging provider that delivers our texts (Twilio), strictly so the message you asked for can be sent to you. That provider may not use your number for its own marketing.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.

Confidentiality

Prayer requests and confidential notes are read only by Chaplain Bill and approved ministry staff. We do not publish anything you send without asking you first.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, including your phone number. Email William@plisolutions.com and we will take care of it.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we do not send text messages to anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian's consent.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the updated version on this page with a new date.
