About

Meet Chaplain Bill

Bill serves as a hospital chaplain, walking alongside patients, families, and medical staff in some of life's most tender moments. His ministry is simple: be present, listen well, and point people to the hope found in Jesus Christ.

Whether it's a quiet prayer at a bedside, encouragement for an exhausted nurse, or a late-night conversation with a worried family, Bill believes every person deserves to be seen, heard, and cared for — no exceptions.

A heart for the hurting

Chaplaincy found Bill in the ordinary faithfulness of ministry — years of preaching, teaching Bible studies, and sitting with people in their hardest seasons. Over time, it became clear that his deepest calling was to the one-on-one moments: the hospital room, the hallway conversation, the quiet prayer before surgery.

Today, Bill ministers primarily to doctors, nurses, patients, and their families. He knows the pressures medical professionals carry and the fear that often fills a hospital room — and he brings the same steady message to both: you are not alone, and God has not forgotten you.

"I truly care about what is happening in your life. Whatever you're carrying, you don't have to carry it alone."

Confidential care

A safe, private place to talk. What you share stays between you and the chaplain.

Bill's faith is anchored in the Bible as the inspired Word of God and in the new-birth experience described in the book of Acts. You can read more about what he believes on the Bible Answers for Life page — and if you have a question of your own, he'd love to hear it.
